Our Process


This is a collaborative process. We want your input in order to develop a design that fits your needs, lifestyle and budget. Planning is essential.
We meet directly with our clients to discuss job requirements, expectations, budget and timelines. This includes an in-home consultation to assess your specific space and allows us to make appropriate recommendations on products and solutions.

A project plan is developed that includes the proposed design and scope. We meet with the client to deliver this information for review, feedback and ultimate approval.


An experienced Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the entire process is as stress-free as possible for the homeowner.
Execution of the project plan requires proactive and consistent communication with the client (or contractor and designer).

We track each project phase, review equipment options, and work with the project team to ensure the final outcome of your project meets the vision you had from the start.


Our trained Technicians install the wiring and equipment with high attention to detail, ensuring the system functions as desired.
Installation and programming are executed based on the agreed-upon design, ensuring aesthetics of the space.

All systems are tested for functionality and reliability.

Upon project completion, detailed training is provided to the client to ensure understanding of the system and ease of use.


The installation is just the beginning. Between our remote support program and dedicated in-home service team, we’ve got you covered.
Our labor and equipment warranties give you the peace of mind to confidently invest in your system.

If a problem arises, trained AV support technicians will remotely troubleshoot your system. If the issue can’t be resolved over the phone, we will promptly schedule an on-site service call to get your system back in shape.
